SCAM - Never received the package UPDATE: As soon as my credit card company looked into it, they're FINALLY replying to my emails and sent me a tracking number. My package was supposedly delivered yesterday, WHICH IT WASN'T, but now my credit card company isn't disputing the charge anymore because the merchant said I received my goods. So they lied and got to keep my money. Don't waste your time or money on this POS company. They're a scam. Never received the package, or even a shipping notification/tracking number. Nobody responded to me with my questions or cancellation request. Been talking to my credit card company about getting my money back and how much of a scam this site is.

Don't Order From Here Ordered three sweaters on Dec. 1 and have no shipping information. (two weeks later) I contacted customer service and they said it takes 5-7 days to process the order (their website says it takes 3) and then 10-15 days to ship. I was provided a shipping number but was told even that would take days to update. Apparently it looks like the product is coming from China. Not Texas which is where the company facebook page says it is located. Not Wyoming which is listed on their website under the contact us headline. The company needs to be honest about its shipping time upfront when you order. The whole thing is ridiculous.

The product is excellent The product is excellent. The double label for this order caused me a lot of concern. No reply was given to my inquiry. I might suggest extra effort be made to get labels correct and reply to your customer when an issue is made.

No product to review Still haven’t received the item and the company is sending me emails asking me to rate the company and another asking me to rate the product. Pretty ridiculous
