Poor customer service, no follow up with error in personalization I was happy with the quality of the blanket, but the name personalization was incorrect. I received a blanket with the name Elizabeth for my daughter named Layla. I emailed the company up to 6 times with no reply in regards to correction. But I did however receive 3 separate emails asking me to review and rate the product. Very disappointed.

Your shipping is a joke Your shipping is a joke. I ordered on Nov 15th. It’s now Dec 2nd and the sweatshirt is still not here. I checked the shipping policy before I purchased because my son needed this for the Christmas parade…that was last night. It’s ridiculous and I know this review will go nowhere, but i still feel the need to say that you might want to better inform people that your products are coming from China, not Texas, and shipping takes much longer than indicated on your site.
