GBWe ordered a dog heating pad on the… We ordered a dog heating pad on the 10th of March. On the 31st of March I sent them an email telling them we had not received nor had any communication from them other than the order confirmation okay. I was told It was on its way. Today it is Cinco de Mayo and I still have not received it nor had any communication since the last time they told me it was on the way. I am seriously doubting that this company is even a reputable company and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the consumer affairs about this company. If you want something buy it somewhere else.

GBColor description is confusing Color description is confusing. I ordered a “grey” pet house and got a red one with a grey roof. When I contacted customer service thinking they sent a red one by mistake, they said it was correct because the roof was grey. However, customer service was prompt and my cat likes the house even though the bright red house doesn’t look nice on my porch.

GBWe were able to get the beautiful house… We were able to get the beautiful house ready to be occupied by our dear little chihuahua and she loves it! Such a cute house!

GBNo customer service No customer service. Shared my email address on a group text with other customers. Violated my privacy. No other way to contact them, except email. No where on site can you cancel or change your order Do not use them.
