GBWe purchased a heated pad for our dog… We purchased a heated pad for our dog that sleeps in our garage..he sure seems to enjoy the added heat and extra comfort, still likes to stay out more than we do..but he can go in and out the doggie door as he pleases, so we are quite sure he's doing whatever he wants. The pad arrived sooner than expected and the price was more than reasonable..very pleased.

GBPerfect cat/dog heated house Perfect cat/dog heated house. Simple to put together, no tools necessary. Soft padded pad , heating unit for warmth. Inside or out. Presently using it for my dog. Loves the two entrances. Feels comfortable laying and playing inside. Looks adorable, doesn't take much room. Wish I can post a photo.

GBNot the best Customer Service This has nothing to do with product quality. I give poor rating b/c of the return policy which says 14 days, but when I contacted them upon receiving item b/c I no longer needed it and wanted to return, two different people replied with two different responses. One tried to negotiate an offer with me for 1/2 my money as refund, which wasn’t stated as an option in their policy online and the other one said okay but I had to bear the cost to return. I was okay bearing the cost of return but not negotiating a refund total. Not a very customer friendly experience with two different stories being communicated sad to say.

GBNo customer service No customer service. Shared my email address on a group text with other customers. Violated my privacy. No other way to contact them, except email. No where on site can you cancel or change your order Do not use them.

GBWe ordered a dog heating pad on the… We ordered a dog heating pad on the 10th of March. On the 31st of March I sent them an email telling them we had not received nor had any communication from them other than the order confirmation okay. I was told It was on its way. Today it is Cinco de Mayo and I still have not received it nor had any communication since the last time they told me it was on the way. I am seriously doubting that this company is even a reputable company and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the consumer affairs about this company. If you want something buy it somewhere else.
