GBEthanol fire place Love the product but not enough set up instructions like setting the glass side panels, I guessed by looking at the picture and the white cloth? I first thought it was for shipping protection then saw it is a wick like material. Does it stay like it is, rolled up, the short way which is the same length as the opening or do you cut it in strips ??? Simple ya but we are dealing with fire. More info would help. Steve

CAStay away from vendor My order kept being push out to the point I ask for a refund. I have been waiting for months for that refund. No follow up from client services and the chat bot is of no use. I say: Do not buy.
