JMNo refund. Ordered logs over a month ago. They did t have them in stock and back order was a long wait. I asked for a refund. After several calls and emails, I still don’t have my refund. Poor customer services.

GBNice product poor communications Ordered Oct. 31st - after calling to check on status finally got the order mid-December and then it did not even come with the fuel - that shipped seperate and did not arrive for a couple days. Thinking if I had never called it never would have shipped! Poor instructions too.
