Just in time for Christmas! I was emailing back and forth with a customer service rep. and they were really very helpful, and made it possible for me to receive my fireplace and fuel two days before Christmas which was perfect! My parents LOVE their new fireplace

Total scam Total scam, never received product or correspondence when I attempted to reach them.

I ordered a fireplace and never got it I ordered a fireplace and the ethanol to go with it on Sept. 19 and I have been trying to contact them for the past week. Nobody answers the phone or calls back and the emails are blocked and returned, even the reply button on their confirmation email of my order. They took my money, but have not been able to get my order or cancel the order. I believe they may be a scam site.

Ethanol fire place Love the product but not enough set up instructions like setting the glass side panels, I guessed by looking at the picture and the white cloth? I first thought it was for shipping protection then saw it is a wick like material. Does it stay like it is, rolled up, the short way which is the same length as the opening or do you cut it in strips ??? Simple ya but we are dealing with fire. More info would help. Steve

No refund. Ordered logs over a month ago. They did t have them in stock and back order was a long wait. I asked for a refund. After several calls and emails, I still don’t have my refund. Poor customer services.
