I ordered a fireplace and never got it I ordered a fireplace and the ethanol to go with it on Sept. 19 and I have been trying to contact them for the past week. Nobody answers the phone or calls back and the emails are blocked and returned, even the reply button on their confirmation email of my order. They took my money, but have not been able to get my order or cancel the order. I believe they may be a scam site.

Cozy Corner I just recieved my Ethanol fireplace and it is awesome! It came in the mail packaged really well and it was easy to install. Also the ethanol has NO fumes or smoke and supplies a nice worm flame.

Very fast service! Very fast service! From ordering (online) to 'free' delivery in 7 days. When customer service tract the order for me, they were cheerful and very helpful. Most happy with this company!

Nice product poor communications Ordered Oct. 31st - after calling to check on status finally got the order mid-December and then it did not even come with the fuel - that shipped seperate and did not arrive for a couple days. Thinking if I had never called it never would have shipped! Poor instructions too.

No refund. Ordered logs over a month ago. They did t have them in stock and back order was a long wait. I asked for a refund. After several calls and emails, I still don’t have my refund. Poor customer services.
