The whole process was very smooth and the day of the installation went very well. Jamie and the other men were all very polite and professional and our new woodburner is fabulous. Highly recommended! We have had the Dougie & Jamie Prentice do all our installations. After the first installation, we were so impressed with their professionalism and highly skilled workmanship and above all their friendliness. Their knowledge for stonework, welding, roofing, lime rendering and creating a bespoke metal back plate to go against the wall encompasses many trade skills. Very neat and tidy, very efficient and hard working. We have recommended them to others and and always will!
