Highly recommended! We have had the Dougie & Jamie Prentice do all our installations. After the first installation, we were so impressed with their professionalism and highly skilled workmanship and above all their friendliness. Their knowledge for stonework, welding, roofing, lime rendering and creating a bespoke metal back plate to go against the wall encompasses many trade skills. Very neat and tidy, very efficient and hard working. We have recommended them to others and and always will!

Stove and tiled fire place with floating slate mantlepiece and slate hearth From initial enquiry to install, Dougie was really helpful and took time to explain the benefits of different stoves, surrounds etc. The price was very competitive, and the team kept us well informed. We couldn't be present during the installation due to the Covid pandemic, but Dougie sent many photographs as the work progressed, and are delighted with the finished job. The house was left clean and tidy.

Great job Perhaps premature, as we haven’t lit it yet ! They did a great looking job , took care of floors etc , and all finished off nicely. Work is of great quality . A complete installation of flu liner , opening up a boarded up fireplace , enlarging the opening , tiling, plastering and fitting the stove .
