GBThe unit itself and staff were all… The unit itself and staff were all great. However I drove over an hour to pickup the unit myself and was still charged for shipping. I think that it’s miss-stated as shipping but is likely some other fee. Either way it was significant and unexpected.

GBWaiting , waiting, waiting I ordered duct board and filter rack, I’ve been waiting for 20 days and have not received answer yet of date of shipping, I called and a friendly girl informed me that they had a back order with the vendor. I’m starting to feel this is going nowhere, the job I was supposed to get done this year, will have to be pushed for nobody knows when.
