GBQuick and honest service on a major holiday. I used to have a service contract with another national company but when my A/C broke down just before July 4 tech who came told me the motor had burned out and would cost $950 to replace but they couldn't do it until after the holiday despite the sweltering heat (and I'm 70). I could never get a manager to even speak to me. Then I called AVS and Anil came on the holiday and fixed it for far less and only replaced the capacitator - nothing wrong with the motor. I signed a service contract on the spot and will cancel the other one. Now I can sleep comfortably!
