We told Jonathan what we needed and he got it to us asap, we paid extra for shipping to Alaska. We've had a great experience, if we need another system in the future will definitely be back.

GBVery helpful client support. Came through when I needed help. So quiet and efficient. I purchased two Pioneer cooling systems for our server room. Great company. I damaged one of the Freon lines during install of one of the units and support was great getting me a replacement at a discounted price which they didn’t need to do but shows their commitment to their clients and product.

GBSeems like one of those drop ship scams… Seems like one of those drop ship scams selling items online as if they have the items in stock. They told me my payment was rejected by my bank, turns out not true.
