New Floor Installation The installers Vincent and Eric from National Floors Direct where prompt and courteous. Vincent was patient and listened to my wife's questions. He answered professionally and put her concerns at ease. They worked in a neat and orderly fashion and completed the installation in a few hours. Upon completion they cleaned up after themselves and left us with a new floor that we are very happy with. The floor we chose is Shaw- Cortec- Quincy Oak.

He was also able to work out a good deal. The installers were also professional and courteous. They completed the work in a timely fashion without rushing and cleaned up after they were done. Great Flooring experience The flooring processing went flawlessly. We love the color. Install was easy and quick. The guys that arrived were very nice. Our salesman went above and beyond to make the process happen.
