Happy results I saw a tv commercial for Nat'l Floors Direct, made the call, and set up an in-home estimate. Their representatives were professional, prompt, warm and friendly. I had shopped around and it took me quite some time before I decided on this company. The price was within my budget, and I was able to make choices that were pleasing, even though unforeseen circumstances prevented me from truly doing everything I had originally hoped.They took their time to go over what was expected and made sure I was satisfied before it was completed. My floors look great, and the installers did an excellent job.

Great customer service National Floors made this whole process of getting new carpet smooth and pain free. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. It only took a week for them to come out after the sale was final . The installers were in and out in less than 3 hours . Final piece of the puzzle We converted our garage into office space. The flooring was the last piece to the puzzle. After 3 quotes and samples we went with National Floors Direct and was not disappointed. Professionalism from beginning to end and priced just right with warranty. We are grateful.
