National Floors Direct were amazing. National Floors Direct were professional from beginning to end. They matched and beat the price of an existing quote we had as advertised. The demonstrator was extremely knowledgeable and patient. The workers were punctual, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall the experience was extremely positive and we will use them in the future. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

Terrific Experience! I had a terrific experience with the whole National Floors Direct installation process. One, because the rep was on time within the time window I was given. Second, the installation went smoothly. Three, the floor is gorgeous! And lastly, they cleaned up and there was not one hiccup in the process. That is what I like!

Happy results I saw a tv commercial for Nat'l Floors Direct, made the call, and set up an in-home estimate. Their representatives were professional, prompt, warm and friendly. I had shopped around and it took me quite some time before I decided on this company. The price was within my budget, and I was able to make choices that were pleasing, even though unforeseen circumstances prevented me from truly doing everything I had originally hoped.They took their time to go over what was expected and made sure I was satisfied before it was completed. My floors look great, and the installers did an excellent job.

New Floor Installation The installers Vincent and Eric from National Floors Direct where prompt and courteous. Vincent was patient and listened to my wife's questions. He answered professionally and put her concerns at ease. They worked in a neat and orderly fashion and completed the installation in a few hours. Upon completion they cleaned up after themselves and left us with a new floor that we are very happy with. The floor we chose is Shaw- Cortec- Quincy Oak.
