Return / Exchange is the worst Unfortunately, the belt sizing seems to be different which may be an error on my part. But the exchange process needs to be improved. I had to follow up twice on my return/exchange and I’m still awaiting a confirmation for correct shipment. Great product but something is missing from a service standpoint.
