Waiting on refund I had a wallet of theirs for 10 years. I went to purchase another one as a gift and I didn’t like it at all (leather was thin/hard/and much poorer quality than before!) I started a return through the website and sent the wallet back. I haven’t received a refund and all of my emails to customer service have gone unanswered. There is no working phone number to contact the company. Do not recommend this company at all.
