The deals were unbeatable but also reinforced by their authenticity policy. What surprised me more was the excellent customer service I received up receiving my first order! Although one of my items were exactly as expected, I was not completely satisfied with one of my other orders and asked for a refund on my purchase. Not only do they offer free shipping for orders as well as returns, they also make sure to find ways to make you happy by making sure you find exactly what you need. The representatives responded very quickly and are also very personable unlike other companies. They really make you feel special! Appear to have great products but awful service Appear to have great products but awful service. They accepted my offer in 1stdibs, payment went through on PayPal immediately. No product delivery or response to my emails and it’s been 2 1/2 weeks now. Thankfully, 1stdibs helped out and will send refund (in a couple of weeks).
