GBApology due. Wow - sometimes a hasty review is really a horrible decision. That was certainly the case with my review of March 12 in which I warned caveat emptor. Without asking, this seller on its own reviewed the circumstances of my purchase and, without any request on my part, completely refunded the 10% re-stocking fee that had been assessed. I'd say that was pretty good service.

GBBlack Friday was my first experience… Black Friday was my first experience with Tribeca Fashion. I have to say their customer service is amazing! I had a small issue, I had someone to talk to, they helped me out, with no problem! I'm so happy with the purchase I made!! I highly recommend buying from them. Their reliable, trustworthy and have great customer service!!

GBNot only did I order two pairs of what… Not only did I order two pairs of what was suppose to be PRADA shoes, but they sent the wrong items, the shoes were used and they are not getting back to me with the return information as to where I should send back the shoes. They are a nightmare. So upset and disappointed with this company

GBAppear to have great products but awful service Appear to have great products but awful service. They accepted my offer in 1stdibs, payment went through on PayPal immediately. No product delivery or response to my emails and it’s been 2 1/2 weeks now. Thankfully, 1stdibs helped out and will send refund (in a couple of weeks).

GBThrilled with my purchase I ordered a Valentino bag this past spring and I absolutely love it. It was promptly shipped and beautifully packaged. Joseph was very helpful when I called with a question about my order. I will be ordering again this holiday season.
