Considering how angry and frustrated I was, she was a trooper in helping me resolve the situation. After a month of trying to find the bag with no resolution, the Real Leather Company replaced the lost bag. This is the second time I have ordered the bag as a gift for my son, and he loves it.

GBBeautiful Bag & Perfect Gift I bought the Coffee Tasca bag as a birthday gift for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loved it! It's such a beautiful color and the perfect size for everyday use since it's not too small or too big. He was tired of carrying everything in his pockets, so it was the perfect gift for him. He especially loved that the zipper opens at the top for easy access. We love it! :)

GBThought I was getting a real leather… Thought I was getting a real leather bag, and got a chemical smelling bag labeled “made in China” without any indication of authenticity included. The insert provided for care has a bunch of misspellings. I ordered from an Ontario company (or so I thought) to avoid dropshippers, but apparently got scammed. Would never have paid this much if I knew it was going to arrive like this. I own a real leather bag and the smell is completely different.
