I love the look at the bag however I love the look at the bag however, the customer service that supports this company is absolutely horrible. They’re very slow to respond when they did give me a response because I have a broken buckle. They said that I was out of warranty when I’ve only use the bag once on a trip to Europe and I have two broken buckles that they said I could buy for $15 each but yet still have not heard back from anybody buyer. Beware cool product horrible service I would stay away.

Broke in a month, didn’t quite look as advertised but that’s honestly fair because of how leather is So it definitely didn’t look as advertised, it was extremely delayed getting here, and while walking down the street, one of the buckles broke! Then, as I was googling a cobbler or other skilled local who could help fix my bag which I loved so dearly, the second buckle broke! Not caught on anything, just flat broke off. The staples which connect the loop to the buckles just bent out of place. They both broke in the exact same way. Honestly, I’d love a replacement or a fix, because as painful as this experience was, the bag was beautiful, and I could tell the intent was to make something of value, it just didn’t work out because of(I think) one poor design decision. I respect the artistry, and while my review on the website wasn’t as kindly worded, the fact of the matter still stands, it broke almost immediately, less than a month of use (it was only gifted to me when I visited for christmas, which occurred around new years, and I only got around to transferring my stuff over two or three weeks after). By the way, I know this review is late, I’m a busy person, so I didn’t think to leave one until recently. Thanks for your time.
