They have all different ages of bags from 1982 to current year and special edition bags. I’m a customer for life!

They have told me they would locate it or refund me but never did so. Now my case is closed with USPS as too much time has passed and this SCAM company refuses to reply to my messages or help requests. I WARN ALL CUSTOMERS OR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO STAY AWAY FROM LUXCELLENT. The answer to your question : I have documented proof of communication since May 2022 between Luxcellent and Etsy via the Etsy website. I have been patient trusting Luxcellent would do the correct thing but they have not. I will send all screen shots of all communications since May 2022 if needed. All my attempts to kindly resolve this situation have not been successful. I only wish for others in future to not go through this bad experience. The money is not the issue to me at all, it is the Principle that counts !
