Order not ready on time After 7 weeks my order still wasn't ready. Its almost impossible to reach anyone by phone and you will always get a voicemail. The company did refund my money back quickly after I requested so due to the long timeframe.

Fringed leather jacket I bought a tan coloured jacket with fringes but was worried about what the quality would be like. I was blown away when the jacket arrived. The leather is thick and supple, the fringes are straight (I thought they'd be crumpled up after being packed. I LOVE this jacket and have had lots of positive comments on it.

Returned jacket and no refund ! I returned a leather jacket as did not fit and never received credit.

great product but arrived very late My order was delayed by at least a couple weeks. I don't actually think it was your fault though...it was shipped in due time, but for some reason (can't blame it on Christmas rush, it was in January) it was held up in a USPS facility for that long. The moccasins themselves were very nice, good quality and my daughter loved them!
