They have an easy return policy, however they will state your product is used although it was used when it was delivered and reduce your refund by 10%. Do not buy online from this company.

My husband has a matching one but red background, white paisley bandana. It’s the perfect feminine background alternative! This company worked with me on several mess ups during my ordering. First- I ordered the wrong kind of stitching- shot an email and they quickly responded and changed it for me. Second- I ordered too small because I looked at the men’s sizing. Shot over another email and got a prompt response. If I ever need any more riding gear, this will be the place I return to!!!

leather baseball hat I purchased a leather baseball hat, unfortunately it was too big. After contacting them to let them know this they graciously sent a return tag and sent m e another hat in an adjustable size, unfortunately that one didn't work either. They worked with me regarding the return and refund. The customer service was excellent!
