Really bad experience Really bad experience, I ordered Herren Bavarian German Lederhosen Brown, they took more than 15 working days to ship the shipment out, I had to send multiples emails to get response. At the end I had to cancel as they couldn't deliver the shipment on time. They informed that they will refund my money, after several emails, I didn't receive respone or my money back. If there was an option for zero stars I… If there was an option for zero stars I would pick it. I can't review the product because I have not received it it has been over a week since I placed order and nothing no tracking number no responses to my email wont answer phone I will never order from them again

High quality leather. Great product High quality leather and stitching. Not a cheap set…it’s great quality. I was a little concerned after the purchase because i did not receive a email to confirm the purchase details. I was not able to reach anyone via phone or get a response after email requests. However, i did get a DHL tracking number a few days later with no information confirming what it was for. The shipment came from Pakistan instead of New York. The company is addressed in New York but seems to be shipping from Pakistan. All that being said…they delivered a fantastic product in less time than expected and I am very satisfied. If they can improve their customer feedback process they will be very successful.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I placed my order 8/30 my order arrived 2 days before i was to leave for Germany, the lederhosen were too small. The website said there was a 14 day window to return. I reached out as instructed on the website for the return, no response x3, I boxed up my return and sent to the address on their website in Brooklyn, when i arrived home from Germany on 9/24 the box was return as undeliverable. I called the number, the mailbox was full, so I sent a text message. Still nothing. I have a pair of lederhosen that I paid $145 for and they do not fit, i simply want to return for a refund. the website says customer service 24/7 365..HA!

Very Niceee Ordered the Herren lederhosen for an Octoberfest event. Prices were reasonable as anywhere else I have looked and came with the free shirt. The order arrived in a week, 2 days before estimated delivery. Fit is spot on, I was skeptical at first ordering lederhosen online, but it fits perfect. Quality is outstanding; real authentic leather. I have already recommended to friends.
