BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I placed my order 8/30 my order arrived 2 days before i was to leave for Germany, the lederhosen were too small. The website said there was a 14 day window to return. I reached out as instructed on the website for the return, no response x3, I boxed up my return and sent to the address on their website in Brooklyn, when i arrived home from Germany on 9/24 the box was return as undeliverable. I called the number, the mailbox was full, so I sent a text message. Still nothing. I have a pair of lederhosen that I paid $145 for and they do not fit, i simply want to return for a refund. the website says customer service 24/7 365..HA!

Easy process Easy to order and order came quickly! Great quality and true to size. Didn’t receive confirmation so initially worried about whether order went through and shipping came from oversees when website said NY so that threw us off too. But all worked out great.

So 4 stars I am being pretty generous. purely based on the product. the trouble is with everything else with the business. like other people have said it took 2 weeks to receive item. the website is useless to try and contact. I emailed for tracking but nothing. I tried calling goes straight to a voicemail. eventually after a week I received a tracking number that came from DHL also I never received the "Free" shirt. maybe I should give 3 stars. But the lederhosen are quality real leather and soft. overall not a scam but poor communication or really zero communication. they run small order a size up. I am a 34" waist and ordered a 52 EU and that fits great

Not very responsive to my… Not very responsive to my correspondence. Communication was lacking with regards to my return of the garment not fitting. It would seem that this would be something that on online retailer would be responsive to. They have not replied yet to my question on how to return. So I may now be stuck with items that do not fit.

My order was placed more then two… My order was placed more then two months ago, but I don`t recieved my goods. Impossible to connect with seller, no answers for my e-mails, messages and phone calls.
