GBBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I placed my order 8/30 my order arrived 2 days before i was to leave for Germany, the lederhosen were too small. The website said there was a 14 day window to return. I reached out as instructed on the website for the return, no response x3, I boxed up my return and sent to the address on their website in Brooklyn, when i arrived home from Germany on 9/24 the box was return as undeliverable. I called the number, the mailbox was full, so I sent a text message. Still nothing. I have a pair of lederhosen that I paid $145 for and they do not fit, i simply want to return for a refund. the website says customer service 24/7 365..HA!

GBWays to improve The shoes and socks are great, however there were black smudges on one of the shoes. Your contact info could use some improvements and the phone number on the website does not work. I was not sure if my order was accepted as the only email I got was the auto generated one. I only got confirmation when I received an email a week later that my order was shipped. A way to track the order might be better. I am not complaining but list these things for your improvement.

GBVery Niceee Ordered the Herren lederhosen for an Octoberfest event. Prices were reasonable as anywhere else I have looked and came with the free shirt. The order arrived in a week, 2 days before estimated delivery. Fit is spot on, I was skeptical at first ordering lederhosen online, but it fits perfect. Quality is outstanding; real authentic leather. I have already recommended to friends.

GBCAUTION!! Likely a scam , have not received what I ordered I have not received what I ordered and am still waiting for any confirmation, status update, tracking number, shipping report, etc... from this store. All that has happened is that my credit card was charged. I have reached out to support via email, their chat, etc with not response. This is likely a scam....be wary and use another vendor.

GBNot very responsive to my… Not very responsive to my correspondence. Communication was lacking with regards to my return of the garment not fitting. It would seem that this would be something that on online retailer would be responsive to. They have not replied yet to my question on how to return. So I may now be stuck with items that do not fit.
