The food was delivered frozen and I placed it the freezer. I pulled it out and thawed before use and it could not have been more simple.

GBObsessed with this food! My dog is so incredibly picky that we usually cook for him because we can never get him to eat any other dog food. We mixed with in with his wet food and a little warm water and he ate it all! We were so surprised, as a dog mom I love the brand because of the ingredients. Love that it is human grade! Would be interested in testing out their fresh food!

GBLOVED IT 😊 We surely loved a pup above dog food! You can see the ingredients! It looks human grade! My dog’s devour the food and I know it’s so much better for them than overly processed kibble!
