The food was delivered frozen and I placed it the freezer. I pulled it out and thawed before use and it could not have been more simple.

USGreat Food! My pup really liked the food! She's notorious for not finishing her food or only eating her supplements, so I have been using it as a food topper and guess what? SHE GOBBLES EVERYTHING UP! I really like how it's cubed, and that there isn't a bad smell.
