I rarely get deliveries early but I did… I rarely get deliveries early but I did this time. It was fast and easy, and the delivery men were very friendly. The mattresses are just what we were wanting.

Good people. Superb service. Outstanding product. It’s always so wonderful to go into a store and work with someone who is passionate and knowledgeable. I’ve had a lot of different beds in my life, so I had a lot of questions. My conversation with Billy, the owner of urban Mattress, was so helpful, interesting, and empowering. I can hardly wait to get my new handmade mattress and boxspring! I highly recommend this place. Everything is done with intention, care and superb craftsmanship.

After one night on this bed... After one night on this bed, I can say it was a delight! Can't wait to fully adjust. The team who brought it in and set it up did a great job, were fastidious, and did well getting it in (tight turns). The only bad thing was the sheets we also ordered 2 weeks ago when we purchased the mattress are "on backorder". No heads up (which is why this isn't a "5"), which would have been nice to be able to plan how we would sleep on it our first night. There is very little "aroma" from the mattress, which is what we had hoped for (one of us is sensitive to strong aroma, especially chemically ones). The mattress cover was helpful in suppressing that last, lingering bit.

Pain relief! Had been shopping for a mattress since my old one was hurting my hips and shoulder (pressure points). Went into Urban mattress a couple times when shopping and found the right mattress for that. After three nights I can feel the relief! Compared Urban vs competitors and felt that the mattress was better quality, service and no gimmicky sale.
