They offered me options and delivery was a call and set up within 10minutes. No pressure sales in the store, had my preferences stored since I had visited before. In store communication and customer service was great!

Pain relief! Had been shopping for a mattress since my old one was hurting my hips and shoulder (pressure points). Went into Urban mattress a couple times when shopping and found the right mattress for that. After three nights I can feel the relief! Compared Urban vs competitors and felt that the mattress was better quality, service and no gimmicky sale.
