Explaining differences in coils, materials and non toxic fabrics. Warranty for bed and frame & old bedding removal policies explained. Set up a delivery date 6/13. The moment my husband and I walked into… The moment my husband and I walked into Urban Mattress we were treated with open arms by Josh. He was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable with the different options for mattresses. The materials used to make the mattresses are top of the line and they are worth every penny! We bought a king size Dahlia Hypurgel Firm mattress and it's like sleeping on a cloud. We couldn't be happier. Thank you for a great experience and helping my husband and I pick the best mattress we ever slept on! We will be back to buy pillows. :)

I rarely get deliveries early but I did… I rarely get deliveries early but I did this time. It was fast and easy, and the delivery men were very friendly. The mattresses are just what we were wanting.

Great experience Great experience. I have a few spinal issues and was having a hard time finding a bed that would work for me. They went out of their way to help find a solution and provided a somewhat specialty mattress. I’ve had my mattress for a while and still love it. Excellent service and excellent quality mattress.
