He was so patient, and also so knowledgeable about mattress construction and longevity. We also had particular physical needs, and he really listened and helped us Focus on the few mattresses that would really be appropriate. We so appreciate that Billy made our experience easy and efficient.

He was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable with the different options for mattresses. The materials used to make the mattresses are top of the line and they are worth every penny! We bought a king size Dahlia Hypurgel Firm mattress and it's like sleeping on a cloud. We couldn't be happier. Explaining differences in coils, materials and non toxic fabrics. Warranty for bed and frame & old bedding removal policies explained. Set up a delivery date 6/13.
