These folks really listen! What a great experience here! We were personally greeted by the owner, and he helped us with our millions of questions. He was so patient, and also so knowledgeable about mattress construction and longevity. We also had particular physical needs, and he really listened and helped us Focus on the few mattresses that would really be appropriate. We so appreciate that Billy made our experience easy and efficient.

This was the fourth time we have… This was the fourth time we have purchased products from Urban Mattress. This time things needed to be delivered to a home at Keystone in Summit County. As they set up the new mattress they helped us make sure everything ended up were we needed to end up. Good experience.

Good company n a great experience The sales person/owner , Billy, was very knowledgeable, friendly, kind and not pushy. The company is local n mattresses made in the US. Our choice was in stock n delivered the next day. Delivery crew was pleasant n professional. Very happy with Urban Mattress.

After one night on this bed... After one night on this bed, I can say it was a delight! Can't wait to fully adjust. The team who brought it in and set it up did a great job, were fastidious, and did well getting it in (tight turns). The only bad thing was the sheets we also ordered 2 weeks ago when we purchased the mattress are "on backorder". No heads up (which is why this isn't a "5"), which would have been nice to be able to plan how we would sleep on it our first night. There is very little "aroma" from the mattress, which is what we had hoped for (one of us is sensitive to strong aroma, especially chemically ones). The mattress cover was helpful in suppressing that last, lingering bit.

Great Mattress! Great Store! From when I first walked into the display room to the delivery of the mattress, I felt totally taken care of. Start to finish. I had questions and I got informative answers. I took a day to decide and came back the next day to order my new mattress. A smooth, comfortable process and a very comfortable mattress!
