The moment my husband and I walked into… The moment my husband and I walked into Urban Mattress we were treated with open arms by Josh. He was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable with the different options for mattresses. The materials used to make the mattresses are top of the line and they are worth every penny! We bought a king size Dahlia Hypurgel Firm mattress and it's like sleeping on a cloud. We couldn't be happier. Thank you for a great experience and helping my husband and I pick the best mattress we ever slept on! We will be back to buy pillows. :)

Good people. Superb service. Outstanding product. It’s always so wonderful to go into a store and work with someone who is passionate and knowledgeable. I’ve had a lot of different beds in my life, so I had a lot of questions. My conversation with Billy, the owner of urban Mattress, was so helpful, interesting, and empowering. I can hardly wait to get my new handmade mattress and boxspring! I highly recommend this place. Everything is done with intention, care and superb craftsmanship.

This was the fourth time we have… This was the fourth time we have purchased products from Urban Mattress. This time things needed to be delivered to a home at Keystone in Summit County. As they set up the new mattress they helped us make sure everything ended up were we needed to end up. Good experience.

Heart felt greeting Heart felt greeting. We discussed my budget and bed type. Spent lengthy time trying various beds and showing adjustable frame capabilities! Explaining differences in coils, materials and non toxic fabrics. Warranty for bed and frame & old bedding removal policies explained. Set up a delivery date 6/13. Can’t wait to sleep on my Urban Mattress. Ken went over everything patiently and perfectly while also assisting new customers. Thank you Ken !!!

I rarely get deliveries early but I did… I rarely get deliveries early but I did this time. It was fast and easy, and the delivery men were very friendly. The mattresses are just what we were wanting.
