GBGood Customer Service and good products We needed pink gel filters to light up Murrieta City Hall for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Becky helped us with a color sample book to choose the correct colors. We ordered twice so far and both orders were shipped promptly and we were sent tracking info. The city was very happy with the results and are now ordering purple to celebrate SAFE week.

GBFunny that you would ask me to do a… Funny that you would ask me to do a review for a product I ordered a month ago but still haven't received. I also got no notifucation from the company that the product was delayed. Only after I called did anyone call me back to explain that it's on a slow boat from China. It wqas also interesting to get email from NewLighting with a USED Lighting web address/return email address. I haven't received my order yet but I'm sure not impressed so far. And oh yeah, they debited my account for the order immediately after receiving the order instead of the much more common business practice of debiting my account once it has shipped.
