Fast and perfect -

MirrorLots.com isn't even the company"… MirrorLots.com isn't even the company" name, and that's where the problems start. I started the ordering process with the size of the mirror I wanted, which was 32" x 48" I didn't actually want a frame, but the site wouldn't have it, so i selected a frame. When It arrived, the frame was 32" x 48", but the mirror was 21" x 38". It was not clear that what they call the mirror size is actually the frame size. Following their logic, for the frame I selected, had I ordered a 12" x 12" mirror, I would have ended up with a mirror that could barely be seen.

Picking out the right frame was easy… Picking out the right frame was easy with the large selection of options. The ordering process was simple. However, on the day our mirror arrived and upon opening the box we discovered that it was broken during shipping. MirrorLot was going to ship a replacement but we chose a refund.

After receiving our first mirror order… After receiving our first order completely damaged by the shipping process, I contacted customer service for assistance. Shawie M. went above and beyond to remediate the issue and we are very satisfied with the replacement mirrors. Thank you Shawie for your excellent care and customer service to resolving our issue.
