Large Custom Table Tops The table tops we purchased are beautiful. They ended up being a little lighter in color than we were expecting based on the website pictures, but they look great. The way they were packaged for shipping was very impressive, you could tell they care about their pieces getting to their location safely and without damage. I spoke with a customer service rep a few times, to finalize a few details and make some last minute additions, and they were incredibly kind and helpful each time. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful, reasonably priced custom mirrors To date, I have purchased 2 custom mirrors from Mirror Lot. I have been very pleased with the products which were the exact measurements in a beautiful frame. Online order to delivery was less than 3 weeks. Mirror arrived very well packed with no damage. Great Tall Mirrors I required two odd shaped rectangular mirrors, that would fit between sconces. Mirrors arrived in perfect condition. Best packaging I’ve encountered. Beautiful end product. Only minor complaint was delivery time. Took a little longer to receive than anticipated. 5 Stars !!

MirrorLots.com isn't even the company"… MirrorLots.com isn't even the company" name, and that's where the problems start. I started the ordering process with the size of the mirror I wanted, which was 32" x 48" I didn't actually want a frame, but the site wouldn't have it, so i selected a frame. When It arrived, the frame was 32" x 48", but the mirror was 21" x 38". It was not clear that what they call the mirror size is actually the frame size. Following their logic, for the frame I selected, had I ordered a 12" x 12" mirror, I would have ended up with a mirror that could barely be seen.

I selected a 60 x 30 framed mirror for… I selected a 60 x 30 framed mirror for my vanity, carefully considering the frame style's compatibility with my faucet. Aware that the space between the faucet and the mirror couldn't exceed 2 1/2 inches, I ordered multiple samples, but none arrived. After contacting Mirror Lot, they informed me that my order hadn't been received. Upon reordering, the samples still failed to materialize. When I spoke with a Mirror Lot representative, they provided the inch measurements for the options I was considering. I specifically needed to ascertain how far the mirror would extend from the wall towards my vanity, a figure not readily available on their website. However, upon arrival, the frame measured 3 1/4 inches instead of the 2 1/2 inches I required. Frustrated by the inability to place my order online due to the missing samples, I resorted to ordering over the phone. Although the mirror itself is beautiful, it didn't meet my expectations. My husband and I were forced to adapt by adjusting the positioning of our vanity lights and mounting the mirror higher than anticipated. I find the company's handling of sample orders and discrepancies in their posted dimensions disappointing.
