Mikes team drove hours to assess, and then prepare us for a complete floor replacement. They communicate better than any company we have worked with. That was a game changer. Suzanne knows her stuff, is extremely thorough, professional, and really turned my experience around. I initially contacted Carpet Express for a smaller scale commercial job, and she knew the products to recommend and made the ordering process very easy! Suzanne was excellent Suzanne was excellent! The carpet in a bedroom had been damaged by a battery fire. When we contacted the original installation company for replacement, they couldn’t reorder it. Suzanne found some for me and arranged for shipment to Charlotte, NC. She explained how to pick it up at the freight terminal and explained a delay. Thanks Suzi!
