Suzanne was excellent Suzanne was excellent! The carpet in a bedroom had been damaged by a battery fire. When we contacted the original installation company for replacement, they couldn’t reorder it. Suzanne found some for me and arranged for shipment to Charlotte, NC. She explained how to pick it up at the freight terminal and explained a delay. Thanks Suzi!

False advertising I have contacted this company repeatedly for the last month, but they have refused to respond. I have their listing on Google offering free shipping on In a Snap carpet tiles. I even sent a photo to their phone number per request. They are telling me the order would be $360, and $700 for shipping!
