A very pleasant gentleman answered my question and shared additional information. He then offered to complete my order over the phone. The benefit of FREE SHIPPING outweighs any additional % off I might have found anywhere else. This was a very pleasant experience,like talking to a friend I just met.

My heavens he is a great customer support person. The footstool seemed too low so he found me some other choices.
