Quality table and chairs Furniture was as advertised. Very sturdy and comfortable. Packaged very well. Took myself (63 y.o. Woman) and a friend about 3 hours to put together the table and four chairs. Everything fit together well, just needed an extra pair of hands! Looking forward to many years of use!

I was placing my order online I was placing my order online, but had a question regarding availability. I called the 800# at 4:25PM. Closing time on their website is 4:30PM. A very pleasant gentleman answered my question and shared additional information. He then offered to complete my order over the phone. The benefit of FREE SHIPPING outweighs any additional % off I might have found anywhere else. This was a very pleasant experience,like talking to a friend I just met.

Excellent customer service!!! Excellent customer service!!! One piece of our order didn’t arrive with the rest. According to their records it was shipped, but somehow it never made it here. I spoke with a super nice representative and they promptly (and I mean PROMPTLY) sent a replacement. We recently bought a fixer-upper home and more often than not we’ve had problems with customer service. It’s so refreshing to work with a company that does the right thing!!!
