GBordering all fooked up ordering all fooked up wouldn't allow different shipping and billing addresses had me reviewing the order AFTER it was already placed tele help was absolutely worthless business hours for online orders should be different than in-store hours -- pick a different century to do business in The reply I got from the company after 1st post of this was idiotic. Absolute nonsense. After this fiasco I found the same product from another seller for $160 less.

GBI’m very happy I’m very happy with the quality of the cushions we replaced and also the customer service. I called to get help matching the colors for the new cushions and they went above and beyond to help me. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be a returning customer.

GBExcellent customer service!!! Excellent customer service!!! One piece of our order didn’t arrive with the rest. According to their records it was shipped, but somehow it never made it here. I spoke with a super nice representative and they promptly (and I mean PROMPTLY) sent a replacement. We recently bought a fixer-upper home and more often than not we’ve had problems with customer service. It’s so refreshing to work with a company that does the right thing!!!
