Everything as ordered Chairs and cushions are great. They sent one item, a table, in wrong color. Delivery man spotted the problem, called management, and correct table showed up one day later. No hassles.

Products arrive in a timely manner. The only suggestion I would make is that you give the color name on the cushions etc., and not just a number. The cushion color I chose looked like a brick red {brownish red bordering on a burgundy}. When the cushion arrived it was called scarlet red and I checked and the number was correct, so the color was correct. It was just more of a red than I expected. It was still acceptable. It might help if the colors had names too. This does not deter me from ordering from you again. You're a great company.

Human beings in the foreground, great products I loved that I had to call and speak to a real person to order my magnificent chaise lounge! She was most helpful and made sure I had all the details and knew exactly when and how it would arrive at my door. This was after spending more than a month attempting to acquire something much less well made from a major online retailer who never had in stock what they said they did. Brava Wicker Warehouse!!
