This company's customer service is…excellent. This company's customer service is excellent. The communication with your customers is excellent. Your products are also very well made. Products arrive in a timely manner. The only suggestion I would make is that you give the color name on the cushions etc., and not just a number. The cushion color I chose looked like a brick red {brownish red bordering on a burgundy}. When the cushion arrived it was called scarlet red and I checked and the number was correct, so the color was correct. It was just more of a red than I expected. It was still acceptable. It might help if the colors had names too. This does not deter me from ordering from you again. You're a great company.

Great customer service and quality product We ordered the Honey Bel Air patio set with Sunbrella cushions. When I called to ask a few questions, I spoke with Gail who was so helpful and pleasant. How refreshing to speak with a real person after the first ring. We received regular updates on the order which arrived very well packed and in excellent condition.
