I took this long to write this review purposely. I took this long to write this review because i wanted to see how my rockers held up under the Florida sun and my rockers are in the sun. I have two Belair white wicker rockers with sunbrella cushions. My purchase was in October of 2022 it is now March of 2024 and my chairs and cushions look as good today as the day i recieved them, and that is in 100 percent true. You said I would be happy with them and you were right.

I had a really wonderful experience… I had a really wonderful experience with ordering. All the furniture and pillows arrived in great condition and we have been enjoying both sets. I did write an email asking if the cushion fabric had been scotch-guarded and never heard back. If it has not been scotch-guarded, I asked if I should do that. I would appreciate an answer. Also, the chairs are really deep, so I need to order 6 more pillows, and would like some help choosing a color, because we have two different fabrics, one for the conversation area, and one for the chairs around the table. Human beings in the foreground, great products I loved that I had to call and speak to a real person to order my magnificent chaise lounge! She was most helpful and made sure I had all the details and knew exactly when and how it would arrive at my door. This was after spending more than a month attempting to acquire something much less well made from a major online retailer who never had in stock what they said they did. Brava Wicker Warehouse!!

I have been very happy with Wicker… I have been very happy with Wicker Warehouse products and service over the years. The last 6 piece wicker sectional I bought has Sunbrella fabric. I feel compelled to warn buyers about a problem I experienced. When I removed the covers of the back cushions to clean them I found the inside filling (cores) had disintegrated to the point of falling apart. I was told they are only under warranty for one year and would cost $950 to replace. I am still shocked that back cushions would fall apart like that after 3 years. I am certainly not going to order replacements from them.

Brand new furniture DISGUSTING and filled with bugs Brand new dresser arrived in DISGUSTING condition with dust in every crevice. The drawers and inner body of piece came filled with BUGS. Spiders webs, and hundreds of little black insects. Absolutely unacceptable.
