Excellent Excellent. Michelle is outstanding. I purchased a product a few weeks back. And Michelle did her best so I can pick up the unit for an event at home that weekend. The Napoleon grill also is top notch.

The ordering process was painless The ordering process was painless. The grill shipped quickly. Now on to the assembly. Looks like it might take a while. Delivered yesterday. 9 days from order to delivery. I haven't even taken it out of the box yet. I need a rare sunny day to spread it out on the patio.

Excellent customer service Great company to work with from start to finish. A special shout out to Melanie and Marisa for helping us out and accommodating us by holding our grill until our new house was ready. You went above and beyond our expectations and we really appreciate it. Can’t wait to try our new Napoleon grill!
