I looked for a long time for a vanity… I looked for a long time for a vanity stool that was the look I wanted. I saw this one during my search and knew it was perfect!! Ordered it immediately but because of a computer glitch, they did not have it in stock. Customer service was really great when I asked questions and they were quick to respond about when it would be restocked so I could reorder. It was a huge surprise to come home and find it on my porch!! I put it together (great instructions and easy to assemble). Great quality look and feel! I am beyond happy with this purchase and this company and their customer service!

Good chairs bad customer service Good chairs, bad customer service. I ordered two chairs. One was defect, they promised to replace it within a few days, but then nothing happened. Now 2 months later I am still trying to get that promised replacement and its always the same. I write an email I get the feedback that its in progress and then nothing happens.

The hardware included with the chairs… The hardware included with the chairs were incorrect. I emailed the service desk and received a very quick response by email My attempt to contact someone by phone was useless as I never got an answer only response that phone was unavailable I tried maybe three times to reach someone on the phone. But as I indicated earlier , I received a very quick email response. I have yet to receive replacement product so I hope the replacement is correct

Great and easy to assemble chairs with style The package came well packed with no damage and all pieces. Pretty easy to assemble (I had to carefully use a drill for the cross pieces because it was too hard with a screwdriver, even though they tell you in the directions not to use a drill). It was an easy enough fix, and didn't make the process any more complicated or difficult. The chairs are light-weight and super easy to put together. I put the seat on the kitchen island face down, hanging off the edge slightly, and attached the back that way. It was super easy. The chairs are sturdy and sound. I love that both an allen wrench and a screwdriver were included.

Missing parts and poor customer service Package was delivered with the box damaged and partially opened. It’s were missing and parts needed to make the chair functional. Reached out to customer service and still have no idea if they are shipping the part needed or a replacement package. Very upset.
