Have ordered twice from them, the second time around I ended up having to go out of town when the package was delivered and some tiles were minorly damaged. (Although many survived a rainstorm with NO DAMAGE!) They replaced the damaged ones no questions asked and my representative was kind and fast and helpful. I am creating a family photo wall for… I am creating a family photo wall for my mother. I was reluctant to use an online company so I chose Mixtiles and initially only ordered a few pictures. Mixtiles communicated well throughout the process. The picture quality was amazing. There was a quick turnaround and the pictures were packaged well.
