GBDiplorable customer service Diplorable customer service! I reached out and get a well water issue resolved. Spoke with one of your reps that asked for water samples to be sent. Up until that point, I was very pleased. We received the water results and struggled to get ANYONE to return our calls or emails. After over a month of unreturned messages and emails, we attempted to figure this out ourselves without any guidance that we were promised from our first and only conversation with the water tech. This was a horrible experience!

GBGreat Customer Service Great Customer Service. I had a AquaCera system that failed and tried contacting the manufacturer but didn't get a response until I had received my order from the Clean Water Store (CWS). They covered it so now I had 2 systems. CWS sent me return labels without any questions after I explained my situation. Very easy to work with. When I need a new system I'll be buying from them. They are a business you can trust!

GBOrder placed online, very close to perfect! Order placed online, communication and shipping very timely. The kit is functional, has clear instructions and is accurate. Testing on a softener output with 28 grain supply water/1 grain output as compared to a much more expensive master water test kit. This kit would be a much better value if it contained a 10ml test vial and the plastic test kit case included room for the vial. As it stands it is one of the best priced kits on the market for direct consumer order but needs that little extra value stretch to be the value leader. I would buy again and do recommend to others.
