USHorrible Delivery Experience...Again! My purchase arrived earlier than requested, Chairish Private Client assured me that delivery would not take place before I arrived home from an international trip. The seller disregarded my request and shipped the large item anyway, I had to manage the delivery via ring doorbell camera in the middle of the night while on vacation, the item was left outside until I returned home. Chairish delivery system is not worth the outrageous fee, items do not come wrapped or protected, merchandise is covered with worn mover's blankets, typically the blanket is removed and your item is left out to brave the elements if you're not there to receive the delivery. The delivery driver insisted on leaving the item. Chairish you should be doing and can do better at delivery than this!

USGood new customer experience. The experience was good. The furniture was as described and arrived sooner than expected. The only areas where it could have been better was to allow direct communication with the seller through the platform like eBay. The communication on the shipping progress could have been better. It arrived sooner than expected. However having tracking info like eBay would have been helpful.

GRGreat design, avoid Chairish In Home Delivery option Chairish has a wide variety of available pieces, I love looking through the website for design ideas. While I've been satisfied with my purchases of smaller items in the past, I am not happy with how my first purchase of furniture went. The seller was easy to work with, but the shipping was very frustrating. I chose Chairish In Home Delivery thinking I would pay more for ease, but in the end, this proved more complicated than working with a shipper myself. Chairish was never able to provide accurate shipping times, even after I reached out to customer service. In the future, I will never use the Chairish In Home Delivery option. The company should work to make this option more seamless, otherwise it is a waste of money.
