I was refunded for a shipping charge initiated by Chairish as the items were shipped together instead of separately. a vender had to cancel a different order, Chairish issued a gift card for the disappointment. It was great working with Chairish and they have beautiful and unique items

It was the first time using Chairish on… It was the first time using Chairish on my designer’s advise on purchasing this pedestal for my foyer. Chairish picked up the item, getting it ready for shipping on the sender’s side. Communication and texting was available with the person making the delivery. It was shipped from West Virginia to New York to Massachusetts. The men who delivered were professional and made sure that you, the customer, was happy with the delivery.

Chairish got it right (this time) Furniture was as shown on the website. Deliver team was Blue Truck Delivery services and had the furniture very well packaged and wrapped. No evidence of damage and very friendly people. Far better experience than my last experience with Chairish where my dining room set arrived at midnight with only one guy to unload it. I wound up helping him move a 150 pound table into my home while wearing my pajamas. That sucked. Furniture that time was poorly wrapped and damaged. This experience was far better.

Heavy Dresser_challenging move/successful delivery! Overall, my experience with Chairish was great! Timely and professional communication. My purchase was a bit unique, as it was an incredibly heavy dresser located in a tight space that made it challenging for moving/shipping companies to access. Chairish finally found a moving/shipping company on the 4th attempt and dresser was delivered last week in excellent condition. I will definitely be purchasing from Chairish in the future!

Exactly as expected My purchase was shipped extremely promptly. I would encourage the seller to have the outside of the box stamped "FRAGILE" because my purchase was a very breakable porcelain item and the box either tumbled or was tossed out the back of the truck. Thankfully, it was well packed and was not damaged.
