I was refunded for a shipping charge initiated by Chairish as the items were shipped together instead of separately. a vender had to cancel a different order, Chairish issued a gift card for the disappointment. Good new customer experience. The experience was good. The furniture was as described and arrived sooner than expected. The only areas where it could have been better was to allow direct communication with the seller through the platform like eBay. The communication on the shipping progress could have been better. It arrived sooner than expected. However having tracking info like eBay would have been helpful.

It was the first time using Chairish on… It was the first time using Chairish on my designer’s advise on purchasing this pedestal for my foyer. Chairish picked up the item, getting it ready for shipping on the sender’s side. Communication and texting was available with the person making the delivery. It was shipped from West Virginia to New York to Massachusetts. The men who delivered were professional and made sure that you, the customer, was happy with the delivery.

Great design, avoid Chairish In Home Delivery option Chairish has a wide variety of available pieces, I love looking through the website for design ideas. While I've been satisfied with my purchases of smaller items in the past, I am not happy with how my first purchase of furniture went. The seller was easy to work with, but the shipping was very frustrating. I chose Chairish In Home Delivery thinking I would pay more for ease, but in the end, this proved more complicated than working with a shipper myself. Chairish was never able to provide accurate shipping times, even after I reached out to customer service. In the future, I will never use the Chairish In Home Delivery option. The company should work to make this option more seamless, otherwise it is a waste of money.
