The only areas where it could have been better was to allow direct communication with the seller through the platform like eBay. The communication on the shipping progress could have been better. It arrived sooner than expected. However having tracking info like eBay would have been helpful.

Chairish picked up the item, getting it ready for shipping on the sender’s side. Communication and texting was available with the person making the delivery. It was shipped from West Virginia to New York to Massachusetts. The men who delivered were professional and made sure that you, the customer, was happy with the delivery.
