Exactly as expected My purchase was shipped extremely promptly. I would encourage the seller to have the outside of the box stamped "FRAGILE" because my purchase was a very breakable porcelain item and the box either tumbled or was tossed out the back of the truck. Thankfully, it was well packed and was not damaged.

Perfect Piece! I have been looking for a specific size and description of furniture for 2.5 years. I have always had Ethan Allen and when I moved, I did not take a similar, but much larger piece with me as I was downsizing. The pictures on Chairish of my purchased piece, made the difference, especially with the back! The back showed openings that indicated that this piece could be used either as a media center or a buffet. I needed it as a media center. The marble top could function either way. At my stage in life, I want less things, but I still want quality. This piece perfectly blends with our life style, and will last for future generations.

Great design, avoid Chairish In Home Delivery option Chairish has a wide variety of available pieces, I love looking through the website for design ideas. While I've been satisfied with my purchases of smaller items in the past, I am not happy with how my first purchase of furniture went. The seller was easy to work with, but the shipping was very frustrating. I chose Chairish In Home Delivery thinking I would pay more for ease, but in the end, this proved more complicated than working with a shipper myself. Chairish was never able to provide accurate shipping times, even after I reached out to customer service. In the future, I will never use the Chairish In Home Delivery option. The company should work to make this option more seamless, otherwise it is a waste of money.
