GBGood new customer experience. The experience was good. The furniture was as described and arrived sooner than expected. The only areas where it could have been better was to allow direct communication with the seller through the platform like eBay. The communication on the shipping progress could have been better. It arrived sooner than expected. However having tracking info like eBay would have been helpful.

GBChairish got it right (this time) Furniture was as shown on the website. Deliver team was Blue Truck Delivery services and had the furniture very well packaged and wrapped. No evidence of damage and very friendly people. Far better experience than my last experience with Chairish where my dining room set arrived at midnight with only one guy to unload it. I wound up helping him move a 150 pound table into my home while wearing my pajamas. That sucked. Furniture that time was poorly wrapped and damaged. This experience was far better.
