GBSolid choice for a modular couch Very easy ordering and shipping. Couch is very comfy and assembly was straight forward. Power drill made it quite easy. The down side is the edges of the ply wood. So many splinters. The provided gloves and sand paper were trash. Need better sandpaper and more of it. But would be even better if the manufacturer would run a dremmel around the edges before packing. But overall very pleased with final product.

GBThe worst experience I have ever had The worst experience I have ever had. Broken items, missing manuals, damaged foam. 100/10 DO NOT recommend .

GBA great USA made company Excellent communication on delivery time updates. Easy to assemble compared to IKEA, but does take time and work. Price is equal to the value for sure. Very comfy - firm seating but not "hard". Easy for those with and RV since the couches come in boxes that easily fit through the door. Already thinking of getting a couch from them again when we settle into a house one day.

GBThere are pros and cons Lots of choices of configurations and lovely fabrics. So far, cat proof. Modular concept great for a room that is difficult to access with large furniture. Construction was easy but takes time. The instructions are easy to follow. Deep seating is not very deep. Seat cushions are quite firm but not uncomfortable. There is a chemical smell that lasts for many weeks. Overall, I feel the cost exceeds the quality

GBAbsolutely LOVE Our New Couch I had been searching for a new couch for a few months. Our house was built in 1968 so the concept isn't open and we have a smaller space to work with. Everything on the market was oversized and while I loved the look our home would not accommodate that. I came across Home Reserve on a complete whim and was intrigued. We ordered the fabric samples that came extremely quickly! We then decided to order the trial piece. It was extremely easy to put together. It took us about a month to order the couch and we had it within 2 weeks. There are so many configurations you can choose it was hard to narrow down what we wanted. The couch and ottoman came in 8 boxes. I put together 2 of the 4 pieces in one evening and then the other 2 the next day. Each box was labelled, with individual instructions and ample pieces. It's a sold couch, and heavy which is great so it doesn't move around like our previous one did. I absolutely LOVE the couch and while it was more than we wanted to originally spend I can see it holding up for years and years to come. I love that I can swap out cushions and colors if need be, wash them if that requires (1 child, 2 cats.) We went with the Maltese Flex fabric (great neutral color without being stark white and so soft.) We ordered one modular ottoman, then the deep seat Laney style which is great for wanting that cover feel without it overtaking our living room! Over all we are so extremely happy with the couch. I'm so thankful I ran across the advertisement!
