Five-star review for this excellent… Five-star review for this excellent company, the guys were so professional and helpful and got our new office space- ship shaped in a few hours, the guys even moved our old furniture and built the new office desks. They are perfect and I would highly recommend Offices Furniture to Go to anyone I know looking to freshen up their offices. Darrel the owner was very helpful and kind looking after us all the way.

Does Not Meet Expectation Order for 2 items of 2 drawer lateral file cabinets were delivered at the front porch. Took 6 hours to assemble a cabinet. Innumerable parts were well marked but the instructions were very sketchy and minimal. The assembled unit is quite wobbly and the drawers are not well aligned. Decided to return the other unopened unit. Was told that the return would be refunded half the value of the cost? Thought the website said satisfaction guaranteed. The company sure lose one unhappy customer! MH I am revising the review updating the rating to 3 and a half stars based on the prompt response from the customer service department. A reasonable refund was issued. But my opinion on the furniture has not changed. MH

Do not purchase!!!!! Received boxes that are beyond destroyed, reached out to customer service and they will not ship anything even thou we sent pictures. boxes that almost like like they are dropped off a 2nd story building. Do not purchase from here 3rd issue we had with them.

We were surprised with an extremely fast office move and she has been nothing but helpful, kind and attentive to make sure it happens. Ed was extremely helpful in assisting… Ed was extremely helpful in assisting with my order. He even helped customize the desk I wanted, exactly to my liking and exactly to my room size. If Ed did not provide the excellent customer service he provided, I very likely would have went somewhere else as I narrowed my choices down to 2 stores. Thank you Ed!
