I was trying to create a desk to fit a certain space in my office and wasn't finding exactly what I needed so I called and was lucky enough to connect with Jeff Reddick. I told him what I needed, he understood immediately, and guided me to create the PERFECT desk for my space and my needs. He was so kind and helpful. My desk arrived very quickly. It's of superior quality and very sturdy. I really enjoyed working with Jeff and I'm so glad I called!

Does Not Meet Expectation Order for 2 items of 2 drawer lateral file cabinets were delivered at the front porch. Took 6 hours to assemble a cabinet. Innumerable parts were well marked but the instructions were very sketchy and minimal. The assembled unit is quite wobbly and the drawers are not well aligned. Decided to return the other unopened unit. Was told that the return would be refunded half the value of the cost? Thought the website said satisfaction guaranteed. The company sure lose one unhappy customer! MH I am revising the review updating the rating to 3 and a half stars based on the prompt response from the customer service department. A reasonable refund was issued. But my opinion on the furniture has not changed. MH

Excellent customer experience I have done a few orders now with office furniture 2 go. I deal with Shawn Heyer. Shawn is fantastic always going above and beyond. An example is ensuring an office chair will fit under a desk etc. He works feverishly to tend to the clients needs and is honest and open. I will be referring others I know their way.
