No response several times asking for new pump. It's impossible to get a response from Teamson. We need a pump for three-tiered fountain that has the three light connections on the ford, impossible to get a response. And website SUCKs.

Exceptional quick customer service The Customer Service from this company is top notch. While one hopes to never need customer service it is good to know that they are quick to respond and keep you informed at every step of the way. I don't write reviews often about products but when support and help are above the norm I want to recognize it. Support was outstanding and the product quality is good.

GREAT EXPERIENCE WOW, just WOW! The adorable Little Chef Westchester Retro Play Kitchen was simple to put together by myself and is exactly as described in the description. When unboxing all of the pieces, I noticed the handles were not shipped. I was a bit skeptical and thought I might have a problem with this company that I had never heard of before. I immediately called and left a message then also sent an email. To my surprise, my call was returned promptly and my email was immediately answered. Return and Refund requested Cabinet I ordered and put together looks horrible and I want to return it for a refund
