Inferior conneting components for cabinet Decent "wood" in your cabinet, but the cam bolt "screws" and other connecting components (e.g., dowels) are second rate. I have bought other assembly furniture with higher quality components. Also, the wooden slots for the drawers (rather than all-metal components) is not ideal. I would rather spend more and have a higher quality cabinet.

The Teamson Company is Awesome! The Teamson customer care group is awesome! They were very responsive to my issue! Honestly, I contacted them to find out what I could do to resolve the problem I was having, and they immediately sent me a new part. They also sent me a pdf of the manual when I couldn't find mine in order to reinstall part. I would not hesitate recommending products from this company to friends, or purchasing products in future from this company. Awesome and amazing!

The best customer service! I purchased a Teamson kitchen from a retailer and it was missing all the accessories. I reached out to the Teamson team and they were so helpful and able to send me all the missing parts pretty quickly! I now have a happy son who is beyond obsessed with his new play kitchen, complete with all the pots/ pans/ spatulas/ salt and pepper shaker and the cutest ice cubes for the ice dispenser!

Excellent customer service… I recently purchased an outdoor wind spinner as a Christmas present. It was missing the end cap so I contacted Teamson. Their response came in less than 48 hours. I was told they would research the part and get back to me. In about a week I was informed that the part was shipped. I received it about a week later. A great happy ending and our friends are enjoying their completed wind spinner in their backyard.

Product Damaged in Shipping Quickly Replaced We recently ordered a wall water fountain from Teamson, who we had not dealt with before. When the product arrived damaged, Teamson’s Customer Assistance folks amazed us by jumping in to immediately replace the fountain and followed up to make sure everything turned out right.
