Customer Service is Outstanding This is a remarkable company with regards to Customer Service. I messed up and installed the bottom shelf of the cabinet backwards so therefore there were 3 predrilled holes in the front (were supposed to be for attaching the rear panel). Looked terrible. Contacted Customer Service to see if I could get a new shelf (panel). They checked their warehouse and sent me a new panel at no charge. I rarely write reviews but had to with this company. They are outstanding and the product quality is good. Wish there were more businesses like Teamson out there. Thank you.

Excellent customer service! Customer service was excellent, provided the missing part quickly without any problems. We are impressed with fountain and ordered another one yesterday! 5 Stars! Not all parts were in the box when it arrived. Still missing the mesh. Looks and operates as noted in the description.

The play kitchen arrived quickly (three… The play kitchen arrived quickly (three days) and from what I photos was easy to assemble. My soon to be four year old granddaughter seem to enjoy helping her mother put it together. I think both she and her little sister are going to not only have so much fun playing with it, but they will taken in much satisfaction in knowing that they were instrumental in helping to build it. Thank you we love it! It is very attractive too.
