No response several times asking for new pump. It's impossible to get a response from Teamson. We need a pump for three-tiered fountain that has the three light connections on the ford, impossible to get a response. And website SUCKs.

Very pleased The two cabinets I purchased were well packed, arrived timely and very easy to assemble. Being exactly what I wanted in design, I am very pleased with the quality!

Product Damaged in Shipping Quickly Replaced We recently ordered a wall water fountain from Teamson, who we had not dealt with before. When the product arrived damaged, Teamson’s Customer Assistance folks amazed us by jumping in to immediately replace the fountain and followed up to make sure everything turned out right. You can put your trust in getting a great product and support from Teamson!

Unfortunately I placed an order… Unfortunately I placed an order received a tracking number and then stated item wasn’t able to ship. Reached out to customer service to see what was going on because when you clicked to the tracking number it stated to contact the shipping company. Customer service got back to me quickly and told me that item was out of stock and they should have it in stock by the end of the month. Also gave me a discount code. I reached back out to verify if the other color was in stock so I didn't get a repeat of receiving a track number and then being told it was out of stock. Customer service again reached back out quickly to inform me that had it in stock. So I didn’t get the color I truly wanted but customer service was awesome and I did get the other color for a discounted price. Thank you teamson for having amazing customer service it’s very hard to find these days!

Excellent customer service… I recently purchased an outdoor wind spinner as a Christmas present. It was missing the end cap so I contacted Teamson. Their response came in less than 48 hours. I was told they would research the part and get back to me. In about a week I was informed that the part was shipped. I received it about a week later. A great happy ending and our friends are enjoying their completed wind spinner in their backyard.
