AVOID THIS BUSINESS Since placing an online order I’ve emailed twice asking when will they be sending my order but I can’t get any response back from them. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal so I can file a dispute to get my money back. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! EDIT TO ADD - funny how it takes leaving this negative feedback to prompt my order to be actioned. Still hasn’t been shipped yet though.

A very happy customer indeed! I found just what I wanted at an excellent price. Shipping cost was minimal. One of the items was on back order and I asked if I could have the other things which were in stock, straight away. They sent them immediately and will not charge me any more for shipping. Dealing within Australia is much harder than this in my experience. I am thrilled with my purchase and will not hesitate to use or recommend Royal Design in future.
