I ordered my item on line I ordered my item on line. Other was efficient and easy. The safe arrived about a week late, but I was notified of its status regularly. When the safe arrived it was properly in a formfitted box with easy use instructions.

I can barely fit three guns in the safe positioning them sideways due to the very thick door. Very disappointing to say the least. And the product description is completely misleading.
